Aarohan 2025 – Celebrating Collaboration, Culture & Commitment at Genus ABS India

Genus ABS India recently hosted its annual offsite, Aarohan 2025, from 16th to 19th June at the serene Rhythm Hospitality in Kumarakom, Kerala. This gathering brought together team members from across our labs, the sales force, and the Pune Head Office, creating a powerful platform for connection, collaboration, and celebration.

The event kicked off with an inspiring address by the Genus ABS India Leadership Team Dinesh Singh Rawat rahul gupta and Shilpa J., followed by a vibrant Recognition & Rewards session and team introductions that set the tone for what was to come. The evening culminated in a memorable DJ night and gala dinner, strengthening bonds and energizing spirits.

On the following day an exciting cricket tournament saw spirited participation from all teams, including a special women’s match. The Pune HO team emerged as champions, with individual honors like ‘Man of the Match’ and ‘Man of the Series’ adding to the excitement. As the event progressed, lab members and HO team members explored the beauty of Kerala through guided sightseeing, while the sales and leadership teams remained back for a strategic sales meeting before heading for their own day of exploration.
